BONNEAU, SC (WCIV) - A jury will decide the fate of a woman ticket for the family jewels hanging from the trailer hitch of his truck.
The case has many in the small town of Bonneau questioning of the issue and the relevance of freedom of speech in the debate.
"The fact that it is to get a ticket for something like this, kind of makes me mad," Joshua said Lindsay. "It falls right in line with freedom of expression."
Bonneau police chief, Franco Fuda, wrote a $ 445 ticket in Virginia Tice July 5.He said she had, what we call the balls Bulls hung on his truck. Fuda said the ornaments underneath the bumper, according to state law, are a public obscenity.
